Privacy Policy

Account details from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile picture); the mobile number you choose to add; your study hierarchy, notes, revision history, streaks, saved Study Inbox links and highlights, tags and settings; and basic usage and security data (such as last login time and AI usage counts).

We do not collect your Google password. Payments are handled by Razorpay, so we do not see or store your card or UPI details; we keep the payment and plan records needed to run your subscription.

To provide revision scheduling, notes, Study Inbox, AI assistance and reminders; to run accounts and subscriptions; to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse; and to reply to support requests. We do not sell your personal or study data and do not use it for advertising.

Reminders can be sent by email, browser notification, Telegram and WhatsApp. We store the delivery identifiers needed for the channels you turn on.

WhatsApp reminders are sent only if you add your mobile number and tick the opt-in box, and we record the time and version of your consent. They are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, so your number and the reminder text (your name, how many topics are due, topic names and your streak) are processed by Meta to deliver the message. You can withdraw consent at any time in My Profile, or by replying STOP to a WhatsApp reminder, and you can change or remove your number there too.

When you use AI features, relevant study text, topic and syllabus context, saved resource text, or handwriting images are sent to AI and OCR providers to generate notes, summaries, questions, topic suggestions or text recognition. Providers we may use include Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Mistral, OpenRouter, Groq, Cloudflare Workers AI and Microsoft Azure. We send only what a request needs. AI output can be inaccurate; see the terms.

The Daily Revise Clipper extension saves the current page URL, title, optional tags and hierarchy, and any text you select into your Study Inbox, using your existing Daily Revise login session on dailyrevise.com. It does not store passwords, API keys or authentication tokens in extension storage and only talks to dailyrevise.com.

They process data only to provide their service to us. Some are located outside India, so your data may be processed in other countries.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage to remember your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can edit or delete notes, topics, saved resources, highlights, reminder settings and your mobile number inside Daily Revise at any time.

To delete your whole account and its data, email durgesh@dailyrevise.com from your account email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Payment records may be kept as long as the law requires. You can also ask for a copy of your data or a correction the same way.

Data is stored in a managed database, accessed only through authenticated server-side APIs that check it belongs to the signed-in user, and sent over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect.

Daily Revise is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
