Terms of Service

Daily Revise is a spaced-repetition study service operated by Durgesh Shirsath, an individual based in India. You can reach us at durgesh@dailyrevise.com.

Daily Revise lets you organise subjects, chapters and topics, take notes, save links, generate AI study material, and receive revision reminders scheduled by spaced repetition. Features may change over time.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Provide accurate details, including a mobile number you own if you add one.

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After it ends you can still review your existing topics and receive reminders, but adding new subjects or topics needs a paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page (currently Rs. 25 per month, or Rs. 240 billed once per year). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details.

Access lasts for the period you have paid for. You can stop renewing at any time and keep access until the end of that period.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or probe its security, no scraping or automated bulk use, no sharing one paid account between many people, and no uploading content you have no right to use or that is unlawful. AI features have daily limits to keep the service fair and affordable. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

AI notes, summaries, questions and images are study drafts, not authoritative sources. They can be wrong or out of date. Verify important facts, dates, formulas, statistics, laws and exam-specific claims against trusted material before relying on them.

You keep ownership of the notes, links and other material you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you, including sending the relevant text to AI providers when you use AI features (see the privacy policy).

Reminders by email, browser notification or Telegram are sent if you enable them. WhatsApp reminders are sent only if you provide your number and tick the opt-in box. You can withdraw consent at any time in My Profile, or by replying STOP to a WhatsApp reminder. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

We work to keep Daily Revise reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.

You can stop using Daily Revise at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam or study outcomes, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
